How to Play Bocce
Bocce is a simple, social lawn or court game where players roll larger balls (bocce balls) toward a smaller target ball called the pallino. The goal is to get your team’s balls closer to the pallino than your opponents.
A friendly reminder: When league play is scheduled, open play must pause so teams can begin their matches on time. A schedule of league play is posted on the bulletin board at the courts. Thank you for helping us keep the courts running smoothly for everyone.
League Play: For the convienience of members playing league, our Member Portal contains current league information, including team lineup and assigned courts. The Member Portal also contains a list of members who are willing to substitute on leagues, when needed. Teams in need to substitute players should refer to the substitute list to give those members an opportunity to play. The Member Portal is password protected in an attempt to protect from the 'world-wide-web' telephone numbers and email addresses of our members. Please contact our Club Treasurer, who will verify membership, and then furnish you with the appropriate Member Portal password.
Standing Scores: During League Play season, team standing scores will be posted for your reference only on the bulletin board at the courts.
